When we come to Earth, we aim to be IN THE BODY, but not identifying with it.
We work with Spirit Embodied practices like movement, yoga, fascia release, voice activations, intuitive exercises, healing, meditations and more.
We do this in an environment that supports relaxation, inspiration, joy and connection.
Healthy tasty food, lovely pool, walking distance to beach and amazing staff.
This way the body and mind may fully retreat inward, while enjoying that which is outward.
Daily schedule
07.30 - 10 am Yoga and Movement practice
10-11.30 am Brunch
Free time to explore the island, go to the beach, hang out by the pool, connect…
3.30 — 6.30 pm Workshop
including movement, voice release, healing, intuitive exercises
6.30-8 pm Dinner
Yoga/Movement class in the mornings
Acitvating Workshops in the afternoons
Healthy Brunch and Dinner buffet
Accommodation with air conditioning, free wifi, fridge, safe, tea set, modern bathrooms and balcony.
Yoga mats and blocks are available so no need to bring.

Cancellation policy
To book Your spot there is a non-refundable deposit of 500 USD. The full balance is due 60 days before the retreat (January 22nd 2025).
For cancellations prior to 60 days before the retreat there is a refund minus the deposit and an administrative fee.
60 days prior to the retreat there are no refunds.
